Grand Visconti Palace, (172 rooms) description: Originally designed in 1999, in 2001 the architects were ready and the building work started. It was named after the most powerful Seigniory of the 14th-century, the Visconti, the ruling family of Italy at the time.

Overlooking the roofs in Milan, the restaurant can be reached by lift. Offering an intimate atmosphere, with half-vault ceiling and antique mirror sets, ostrich chair, and designed lamps, decoration is essential but not cold. It displays a classic modernity in all the beige and sans shades.
The ideal place for a light and refined Mediterranean cuisine embellished by creative touches, but keeping classic and traditional Milanese and Lombardia dishes.
The Vis-a-vis is the hotel’s cocktail bar. Named Vis-a0vis because it is vis-à-vis, face-to-face, here you can meet up with colleagues, friends, or enjoy a bit of quality time by yourself .
The Grand Visconti Palace boasts a beautiful green area; 2500 mq of park, an ideal location for events or receptions. The Winter Garden is a delicious gazebo made in iron and crystal, an ideal and unique corner also for aperitifs, meetings, show room or business breakfasts.
AREA INFORMATION
The Grand Visconti Palace is located in one of the most important areas of Milan, just a few steps away from Porta Romana, one of the oldest doors which once delimited the centre of the old Milan.
The hotel is located in a residential area, full of commercial activities: walking along Corso Lodi and Corso di Porta Romana, where you can admire the traditional Milanese handcraft shops.
Once you cross Piazza Missori, you get to Piazza del Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Via Montenapoleone and Via Spiga.
